On January 24 and 28, 2019, a joint graduation for SENDAS and SETENAC (the Cuban Nazarene Theological Seminary) was held. Between the Holguín and La Habana study centers, 120 total students received Ministry Certification and Theology Diplomas from SETENAC. At the same time, 39 students graduated from the SENDAS Bachelor in Pastoral Theology program from both centers.
The graduation also provided an opportunity to honor students and pastors from Holguín who died in the tragic plane crash in May 2018. All of them had completed their Bachelor studies. SENDAS awarded four honorary degrees to their relatives present at the graduation on January 24. These were emotional moments for the relatives and the church. Their testimony of faithfulness will remain in our memories forever.
SENDAS congratulates all the graduates for successfully concluding another stage of their ministerial studies.
